Branson's Red Barn Cafe & Hen House Bakery offers both a tasty buffet and a menu full of tantalizing eats!  Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offer up freshly prepared entrees, the perfect side dishes, and everything else that makes for a belly filling meal.  Located in the former home of the Baldknobber's Restaurant, the conveniently located Red Barn Cafe has become well known for many of its incredible dishes, including a popular southern favorite, Chicken Fried Steak.  Prepared with their own special recipe coating, regulars say you won't find a better Chicken Fried Steak in Missouri!  There's an impressive list of sandwiches on the menu, including several with chicken, including a Chicken Club and Grilled Chicken.  Familiar favorites are also found, including a Monte Cristo and French Dip.  The burgers also come highly recommended, and yummy breakfast foods can be found on a can't-go-wrong-with-anything menu list!  Give the fluffy omelets a try, especially the filling Barnyard Omelet, made with your choice of ham, bacon, or sausage, peppers, onions, and creamy American cheese.  And save room for dessert, including a nice selection of cobblers, and huge slices of pie, cake, or cheesecake.  Gettin' hungry?  Get on over to a new Branson favorite, the Red Barn Cafe & Hen House Bakery!

The food was delicious, but the lemon meringue pie was exceptionally good. I bought a whole pie and it was better than any lemon meringue pie I ever had except my mother`s, who has been deceased 40 years.

Salad bar was fresh & clean. Soup was good! More food than we could even eat! Billie Jo the waitress was great and had a good sense of humor! The General Manager, Melissa, checked on us and was very friendly. Make sure you get the dinner rolls, they are the BEST!!!
