"Will never go back"

I ordered potato soup,it was full of onions and very few potatoes , I told the waiter, he informed the cook and I still charged me the full price. I could not eat it.

Went there last week and food was excellent. Couldn't have been any better. Service was, sadly to say, slow. Once you get seated and get your food, seems like they forget about you. Had to ask another waiter to get mine. Anyways, last night, we went again with friends. Told them about the wonderful food, and by the way, great portions. And had same results. Got seated right away, but server was slow to come to our table. Got our food, and no server again. Had another server get ours to get refills. Then we wanted to leave and couldn't find our server. By the way, IT WASN'T BUSY. S0, if you want a wonderful meal, go there, but don't be in a hurry.

The food was average compared to other restaurants but the service was outstanding. My sone didn't care to much for his food and the waiter offered to take the cost off, plus had the cooking staff make sure the food was ok to serve again. The nostalgia was good and I enjoyed watching old American Banstand clips while eating. Brought back a lot of good memories.

Took forever to get seated & waited on. Service didn't get much better after that. I had a chicken finger salad that was average at best. Wife had the chicken finger dinner. wasn't very good at all. What made it worse was we sat there & sat there & finally got our food after 30 min or so. Extremely slow. Probably won't be going back.

The "nostalgia" was okay; not many items displayed that would make a boomer go "Wow!". I understand having decor of the American Bandstand time period, but the overall facility itself seems worn out. The food was average, the usual burgers and shakes reminiscent of the day. Average service, average prices, which are great if you're just grabbing a quick bite and not looking for an "experience."
