"Terrible experience"

My children's meals took over an hour. They sat hungry while everyone else at the table had their plates. According to the same waitress that forgot my drink, "the cook forgot to make their meals." We were then told by the manager, jablario, that the kids' meals would be taken off our ticket. We received our ticket and the kids meals were still on the ticket. My husband tried to find someone for help to fix the ticket and pay the remainder, he was passed by and ignored for 15 minutes. I had the take the kids outside to wait because my 2 year old was knocked over by a server that wasn't paying attention to where he was going. My husband came out frustrated and confused because no one would help him so we went to leave. The manager, whose name, again, is jablario, chased down my grandma and made her pay the bill! When we returned to the front of the restaurant to try to stop them from doing so it was too late and he had already charged my grandmother. I then called the restaurant and jablario called my husband aggressive and impatient. Terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will not be returning and will not be recommending this location to anyone else!

I’m just now getting on here to write me review after going to an Olive Garden where I’m actually from. I took a trip to Branson about three weeks ago and when we came in it looked very pleasant but once we got our food the breadsticks were hard, the salad was wilted, and the food was dry and noodles were hard. I love Olive Garden but this one was not doing a very good job of serving fresh food. I’ve always gone to OG and gotten a nice green salad and fresh breadsticks and the food has always been amazing but this Olive Garden needs to work on their food a little more.

I never review restaurants. This was ridiculous. I've been a bartender and a server...I understand the challenges. Literally they had like 15 tables, we sat at the bar. It took 10 minutes to see a bartender....10 more minutes to get bread....10 more minutes for salad...and 20 more minutes for food. The staff (and manager) congregated at the drink disbursement center to talk about tailgating...but...customer service was not on the to do list. It was pretty crazy. Won't be back

"Not the same since menu changes"

Our family drives from Arkansas to dine at OG in Branson Missouri. We don't know what has happened but a menu change has taken away so many of our favorite foods we had a hard time finding something to replace with. We just visited once again yesterday Feb 5th for lunch. Even the salad dressing seamed different. Our waiter did a great job hardly anyone was there but we were again told they no longer sold our favorite drinks. I hope this change is only for this OG not all of them! Looking at the reviews not many are recent. Maybe that's why the score is so high. I would have to vote a 2 out of 10. So disappointed in this menu change!!

I was with a group of 16 for dinner before attending a show. We called ahead for reservations, was seated promptly, and served promptly by a very friendly young man. Based on a bad experience the night before, we were especially appreciative of such good service. Excellent food and service..would highly recommend to everyone!

--And, that's saying alot! Before Olive Garden in Branson, my husband's favorite eating place was "home". I'm sure we'll go again when we vacation in March, but I'm sorry to not see a discount coupon in the Branson's Premium Coupon Book. Over the last 5 years the Branson Olive Garden has been one of the few restaurants to be consistant in food quality and service. In 5 years we have had only 1 poor server and they were new and not familiar with the restaurant business. We are regulars at the Branson Olive Garden where it does feel like family.
