(Call ahead to make sure it's "in season" if you're looking forward to the buffet!)  The impressive and easy to follow menu, especially for Indian food newbies, features lamb, seafood, vegetable, and chicken dishes authentically flavored and properly served.  Lamb Specialties include tasty entrees like Lamb Saag and Lamb Karahi; all dishes are served with Basmati Rice.  Tandoori options are served with Butter Naan, and include Seekh Kabab and Ginger Chicken. Chicken Specialties include Chilli Chicken and Chicken Jalfrezi, and the Seafood Specialties include dishes like Shrimp Saag and Goan Fish Curry.  And vegetarians are in heaven when it comes to Indian food; at Indian Clay Oven, these dishes are served with the Basmati Rice, and entrees include Channa Masala, and a delightful Navratan Korma - fresh vegetables cooked with a creamy cashew sauce.
