Hollister's Hook & Ladder Pizza Co., only three minutes from downtown Branson, is one of the area's top-rated pizza joints, and for good reason!  Located in a building that once housed a real fire station, this family-owned restaurant serves up tasty hand-tossed pies in the midst of fun firefighting decor, including helmets that kids love to try on.  For their popular pizzas, Hook & Ladder starts each day making fresh dough and sauce from secret family recipes.  They offer specialty pies, including Alfredo Pizza, Buffalo Joe Pizza, and their fiery 3 Alarm Pizza that sends the taste buds soaring!  Their appetizers are equally delectable, and include offerings like Toasted Ravioli and their Awesome Wings, that come with your choice of four sauces, including that not-for-the-feint-of-heart flavor, 3 Alarm!  You can also get Calzone, or a hearty Sub Sandwich, like the traditional Italian, Chicken Bacon Ranch, or the Supreme Pizza Sub.  Just a couple of dessert choices, but that's all you need when you can have the Hose Rolls, using Mom's cinnamon roll recipe, and Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie.  There's always a daily special, including those with fun monikers like Wacky Wednesday, and Emergency Thursday, a daily special that comes with episodes of the 70's era TV show, "Emergency!"  It makes sense to everyone that the owners of Hook & Ladder are volunteer firefighters, and they encourage able-bodied customers to take up the cause in their own communities.  When you're in the Branson area and suddenly find yourself faced with a pizza emergency, just take the quick trip across the bridge to Hollister and put the fire out at the Hook & Ladder Pizza Co.!
