"Bad service today...."

Generally a good restaurant but today, Dec 16, the service has been pretty poor. Waited 20-25 minutes for the table. They had a table for 8 that we could use yet they wanted to slip us in two groups. Waited 30 minutes for an appetizer. One hour before we could eat, and the place was not that busy.

before christmas we attempted to eat at chilis we waited on the girl to seat us she was on her cell phone we ask for a table got a booth there was 4 adults and child we waited 15 minutes trying to get help , the manager and 2 employees watched us leave never ask why , the girl was back on her cell phone there was 6 customers in chilis never again

Run of the mill food. Never had bad anything but never been unforgetable. So to put it right this is a once every 2 year resturant. And I now I'm not really missing anything.

I've been there a couple of times and the food has ALWAYS been very good and at a very good price. The only thing I have seen that gives this restaurant an unhappy rating is the service. Sometimes is okay and then sometimes it's well... bad. I suggest not visiting this restaurant if you are in a hurry.
